At the initial visit we will first get you to fill out a medical history form.

We will then have an initial chat in order to find out your main areas of concern with your present smile.

We will then sit you back and note the alignment of your teeth and jaws before discussing possible treatment options, length of treatment and costs with you. We often need to take X-rays, photos of your teeth and moulds in order to finalise the treatment plan. We will discuss treatment options, limitations and possible problems with you before we get your written consent for treatment. We will then organise to start treatment when both you and your teeth are ready to begin.
